Joe Hamilton’s skills uniquely qualify him to lead IT organizations and make strategic decisions about personnel, directions and technologies. His casual manner and keen insight enable Joe to create successful collaborations between two sides whose viewpoints often differ, transforming relationships between IT and its customers (i.e. the business).

Joe jumped at the opportunity to join Saxony Partners, where he feels privileged to work alongside other talented professionals who are moving in progressive, forward-looking directions. He enjoys Saxony’s positive synergy and appreciates seeing how his efforts help move the needle.

Joe joined Saxony in 2014 as a Senior Manager. Now a Client Director, he manages million-dollar comprehensive consulting engagements across several industries. Prior to Saxony, Joe spent six years as Vice President at Goldman Sachs/Archon Group where he led the effort to consolidate three applications used in the Americas, EMEA and Asia into a single application/database. Before Goldman Sachs, Joe worked as a Manager at Hitachi Consulting for seven years.

Joe graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personnel Management and Organizational Behavior and has leveraged valuable HR principles throughout his career.

Joe has been highly involved with Scouting, summer camps and backpacking trips. Joe and his wife are remodeling their early 70’s house in hopes of bringing it into the 21st century.
