Reader responses to my articles about TBI and PTSD have been overwhelming and often heartbreaking. My suspicion  that I may not be the only TBI / PTSD sufferer who felt isolated has been confirmed many times over through the experiences shared with me through emails, phone calls and comments.

During my recovery, I craved a connection with others who understood what I was experiencing. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find those connections.

So I created Mindslide, a Facebook support group for those who suffer TBI and PTSD and their caregivers. Mindslide is a safe place where members can

  • share stories and treatment solutions
  • ask for advice and recommendations
  • encourage and support other members

Please join our Mindslide community.
