we are living during a once-in-a-hundred-years pandemic that has the world in its grip and is sure to be studied for generations to come. Why not help future generations (your kids and grandkids especially) understand what it was like by making a CORONAVIRUS TIME CAPSULE?

This post shows TONS OF IDEAS for making a Time Capsule PLUS new journal prompts for this week.

INSTRUCTIONS/IDEAS/INSPIRATION
Journaling is a personal, creative pursuit that can be done in a variety of ways by everyone: Adult, Teens, Children. The idea is to find meaning, enjoyment and relaxation in the process.

Examples of responses are provided with each prompt to help give ideas of what forms of expression can be used.
Suggestions for device based responses:
  • Document programs such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Pages, Video Recording Apps
  • Journaling Apps such as Day One, Momento, Mood Notes, Journey
Suggestions for paper based responses:
  • Hand copy the prompts into a composition notebook to respond directly or
  • Download and print template provided below to paste into notebook (7x9.5) or
  • Print full size template to put in 3-ring binder (8.5x11)
