W aited until today to exercise “hard” (for me – equivalent to a walk in the part for many). Eat a COUPLE cashews and 1/2 banana on the way to the gym. Try NOT to alter workout. No fainting, no embarrassing mom episodes for my 15 year old daughter, not too bad. Energy level pretty “normal.”

Baking homemade rolls for dinner guests: Terrific idea for everyone eating them, terrible idea for me & Jeff. Jeff and I both suffer; the aroma alone almost drives us to cheat.
Still eating right before bed. Probably shouldn’t make it a habit but it seems impossible not to.
