No longer feel like I’m going to die or at least faint any second. Probably have more snacks than the website suggests (the same website that tells me this isn’t hard so I’m not sure how much to trust it). But today, day 4, my cravings for foods way off the Whole30 chart are way less.

Probably still going a little too crazy with the nuts.

Don’t tell Jeff.

W aited until today to exercise “hard” (for me – equivalent to a walk in the part for many). Eat a COUPLE cashews and 1/2 banana on the way to the gym. Try NOT to alter workout. No fainting, no embarrassing mom episodes for my 15 year old daughter, not too bad. Energy level pretty “normal.”

The aroma alone

Drives us to cheat.

Baking homemade rolls for dinner guests: Terrific idea for everyone eating them, terrible idea for me & Jeff. Jeff and I both suffer; the aroma alone almost drives us to cheat.

Still eating right before bed. Probably shouldn’t make it a habit but it seems impossible not to.

gratitude journal entry:

I haven’t cheated. It’s a holy whole30 miracle.
